1. Go to the midas demo: 
2. Enter the following HTML:

<font color="red"><ul><li>test</li></ul></font>

3. Attempt to change the bullet color.

Result:

Cannot change the bullet color. Can only change color of li contents. Even
selecting all and changing color will not affect the bullet color.

Expected:

Bullet color should change with the color of the list item.
