I have come to the conclusion that you are correct and LS is the problem. I
have signed on three times now both under safari without webkit and allowed the
connection and I have had no problem. I am amazed that this was the problem and
that it has just now come up. I have used LS since about the time I first got
this macbook and have used that email address along with LS for the same length
of time an it seems to have happened all of a sudden. I can only conclude that
Yahoo must have changed something and LS is seeing it in a different light. I
will report it to LS and let them know what is going on as well.
I thank you for the help and for helping me realize that it is not safari.
