InspectorBackend, InspectorClient, InspectorController, InspectorDOMAgent,
InspectorDOMStorageResource, InspectorDatabaseResource, InspectorFrontend,
InspectorResource do not have guards and are compiled unecessary when INSPECTOR
is not defined. I will upload a patch for those guards as soon as the patch for
bug 31504 lands...
