Chromium's run_webkit_tests should move into svn.webkit.org as
run-chromium-webkit-tests

Or some similar name.

There is actually a whole suite of python modules which support that file as
well.

It's silly for this to live in src.chromium.org now that we can build a
WebKit.dll out of svn.webkit.org.

Eventually I would like to unify run-webkit-tests and run_webkit_tests.py into
a single script, but that will have to happen after moving the latter into
svn.webkit.org
