I still believe that it is better to clip the filter to viewport for the
moment. Even if it causes problems with big filters on CSS transforms. We
should figure out a general solution for SVG to aboid this problem, since we
clip the size on other parts of SVG too.
Or does someone have a better idea how to limit the calculation complexity?
