The test case fast/events/drag-and-drop-none.html (see bug #30107) is made
obsolete by test case fast/events/drag-and-drop.html (see bug #24731).
Moreover, this test case was skipped on Windows because at the time we didn't
have the fix for bug #24731 in the tree.

We should remove this test case as well as its entry in the Win Skipped file.
