Even though it is a plain text test, it needs an exception result for the Qt
port, because the error messages that QXmlStreamReader provides differ from
those that are produced by the libxml2 version of XMLTokenizer.

https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31144 needs to be resolved before the
test can be unskipped though.
