I would realy prefer to let the platforms draw the ellipses/circles. They could
do it faster but more important, the rendering gets better.
But I guess this will break hunderts of LayoutTests. Because atm we draw a
couple of lines, and with your patch we draw just the ellipse.
I would prefer to change all LayoutTests and the way we create them for
ellipses and circles.
