HTML5 IFrame sandboxing

HTML5 IFrame sandboxing patch.

Since svn-apply currently does not handle file attributes, the following
command needs to be run manually  after patching:

chmod a+x
LayoutTests/http/tests/xmlhttprequest/resources/access-control-sandboxed-iframe-allow.cgi
