I Steps:
1. Go to http://careers.msn.com/
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look at the salary comparison 
calculator

II Issue:
The dropdown boxes under from State and to State are not aligned correctly

III Conclusion:
issue is due to "float:left" to position the Search button.

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 44164
