Testcase uses a font family with four weights, 100, 400, 700, 900.  With one
row per weight, the bolder/lighter cells show the effect of using relative
weights.

Incorrect weights:

100 bolder, 200 bolder - shows 100, should show 400
800 lighter - shows 400, should show 700
