On the ALP page of the Excellence Gateway the search options are incorrectly
displayed to the right of the search box in Safari rather than underneath it so
the options are unusable.

This search panel displays correctly in Firefox 3.0.7, Opera 9.64 for Mac OS X
Leopard 10.5.7 and Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8 and Firefox 3.0.7 on Windows XP
SP3.

It doesn't display correctly in Safari 3 for Mac, Safari 4 public beta on
Windows XP SP3, Safari on iPod touch 2.2.1 and the latest Webkit for Mac OS X
Leopard 10.5.7.
