A plugin manager dialog would be great to allow one to do the following:

a)  install
b)  uninstall
c)  disable
d)  enable
e)  set preferences for each plugins
f)  browse and install available plugins from both standard and non-standard
sites
     Note:  You should be able to add non-standard plugin repositories by
entering there URL.
                For example,  http://www.example.com/safari/plugins  or
something similar.
