I Steps:
1. Login to gmail
2. Click on older verion on top right side of page
3. Create a message and save as draft
4. click on drafts on left side of page
5. Open the draft created on step 3
6. Scroll down

II Issue:
Back to drafts and send buttons overlap each other, blue background seen, rich
text editor missing. 

III Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

IV Nightly tested: 43092
