REPRO: In any Wordpress 2.7.1 / 2.7 (not tested on earlier versions) blog go to
the Appearance/Theme editor page (wp-admin/theme-editor.php) and the large file
editing text box will initially load in the right place then at the end of page
load jump to below the right-hand column of files. Resizing the window pops the
TEXTAREA back into position. This didn't happen with Safari 3.x.
