Another effect of the issue is that it triggers admin moderation when the
"------WebKitFormBoundary" text gets into email fields. This causes posts to be
not appear right away, causing users to complain to admin about the delays. 

This board has begun appending an automated advisory to such posts, which
reads:

"Post delayed due to Safari browser glitch. Mac users, please use Firefox (or
anything but Safari). "
