Summary: Auto scroll hysteresis is shorter than in IE, Firefox
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebCore Misc.
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: jhoneycutt at apple.com

>From discussion in bug #24722, the hysteresis for an auto scroll is slightly
shorter than in IE and Firefox. In those browsers, an auto scroll begins after
the mouse has moved approximately 15 pixels from the start point. In WebKit, it
is 10 pixels.

This can lead to some accidental auto scrolling.
