While browsing some pages (usually image galleries heaving lots of images), i
get "Operation Could Not Be Completed: Too Many Open files error" and some
images or other elements don't load. This happens usually with pages using css
for image resizing for a high number of images. Quitting Safari and opening a
new session solves the problem.
