Since Windows Nightly Build r41521, run-nightly-webkit.cmd produces the
following crash.

Safari.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point CFHTTPCookiesIsHTTPOnly could not be located in the
dynamic link library CFNetworks.dll.

There is no crash with the previous Windows Nightly Build r41443.
