When launching an OGG video in Dashboard (Web Clip), the video keeps running in
the background (sound and CPU consumption), even if you exit Dashboard and,
more problematic, if you delete the widget. You have to open the Activity
Monitor and kill Dashboard to get rid of the video process.

I don't know wether this bug is more related to Webkit, Dashboard, Safari4
Beta*, QuickTime or event XiphQt. But the integration of HTML video tag is
related to Webkit.
