When I try to install the Web Inspector I'll get this message
Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "CFHTTPCookieIsHTTPOnly" wurde in der DLL
"CFNetwork.dll" nicht gefunden. 
I've reinstalled Safari but nothing changed.
