Sorry there is a mistake in my original report, this is a regression from
Safari 3.1.2 (not 3.2.1).

I double checked on a WebKit nightly and can still reproduce this.

I've added another attachment, which I hope makes things clearer, the new
attachment shows the path to move the mouse along.

Updated Repro instructions:
* Move the mouse from the blue dot along the orange path towards the orange

Expected results:
* The cursor should change to a hand and the link should be clickable starting
from the first letter of the first word (Hebrew letter shin).

actual result:
* The link is only clickable starting from the fourth letter of the second word
(Hebrew letter chet).
