Perhaps, this need to be broken down into multiple bugs or this can be a
tracking bug for SVG text and BiDi (if there isn't one yet). 

The page at the URL has multiple examples of SVG with BiDi text. I've just
tried the first 5 and none of them is rendered as expected.
