Summary:
Element Inspector blue highlight rectangle remains visible across tabs other
than the one it belongs to.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Safari
3. Open a new tab
2. Open a webpage in new tab
3. Enable Develop menu
4. Right click an element
5. Notice blue highlight square
6. Switch back to first tab and see that blue highlight is still there
