Summary: should we scan beyond 1kB for meta charset?
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: InChromiumBugs
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Page Loading
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: jshin at chromium.org
CC: ap at webkit.org, xlyuan at chromium.org

Some web pages have meta charset deeper than 1024 bytes.

Some examples were reported to Chromium recently:

 http://crbug.com/15163 ( 1.5 kB)
 http://crbug.com/15173 ( almost 6kB)
