Hi

I am working on this bug and after analysing the bug came to know that while
handling overflow:hidden case for html elements the code was explicity putting
scrollbar to off. I changed that to on after which the test case is behaving as
expected.
Let me know whether my approach and analysis right. Any suggestions on the same
are welcome.
