What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto http://arorabrowser.blogspot.com/

What is the expected output?
I expect a normally formatted blogspot.com webpage with the Blogger logo / 
search / flag / next blog / create blog banner at the top.

What do you see instead?
The top banner is messed up.

Interestingly, this does not happen for all blogspot.com sites.  Just many 
of them!  If you see one that is alright, click "Next Blog" in the banner 
until you see one that is messed up.
