Summary: When a block's height is determined by min-height/max-
height, children with percentage heights are sized
                    incorrectly
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows Vista
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: b-jorsch at northwestern.edu

Version is 530.17, Safari 4.0.

If the specified height of an element is less than min-height, the actual
height used is the min-height; similarly, if the specified height of an element
is more than max-height, the actual height used is the max-height.

When this occurs, Safari uses the originally-specified height value rather than
the actually-used height to calculate the heights of children with
percentage-based heights.
