RTL select boxes is aligned ltr.

This bug exists in Safari and Chrome. The bug was not there in Chrome 1.x but
has come to the surface in 2.x. So it might be the use of a newer version of
webkit. However, I have an old version (older than Chrome 1.x) of Safari and
that problem has been there.
