When I try the testcase with the latest stable release of Safari 4.0 for
Windows (build 530.17), the two malformed CSS rules are now correctly handled,
correctly parsed and I get expected results. So, this bug has been fixed.

I wanted to try the malformed-decl-005.htm and malformed-decl-006.htm tests
from the MS IE CSS Test Suite, but these have been refiled under other URLs.

I am resolving this bug as WORKSFORME since I do not know which patch fixed
this bug. Please adjust, correct the RESOLUTION field accordingly if you know
which patch fixed this bug.
