   OS: Windows, not tested on Mac

Other Browsers:
Chromium: Fail
 Firefox: OK
     IE8: OK

Steps:
1. Launch Safari
2. Open the attached test file "Text_Style_in_optgroup_Tag.html"
3. Observe

Result:
Webkit doesn't use italic style for text in optgroup tag

Expected:
Should use italic style for text in optgroup tag as IE and Firefox
