Text does not seem to be able to "shrink" accordingly to graphics on pages.
Here is a rather straightforward screenshot of the problem where the bottom
textrows loose all their proper formatting due the font does not seem to be
able to shrink beyond a certain point.

Also text and images does not seem to adjust properly on zoom. Check the
malplaced elements of this example that is based upon a centered page. (or try
it yourselves with zooming/shrinking at: http://dromaeo.com/ ). This cannot be
the standard behaviour of a zoom, where it is clearly reformatting the page
design, rather than doing it's job (unlike Firefox, which actually does zoom
properly, although extremely slow!)

Examples taken from a Windows Xp sp 3, pc-computer.
