I managed to get the bug tested here as well:
http://www.crossbrowsertesting.com

using Mac OSX 10.5 and Safari 3.2.1

This bug is present there as well.

So this bug happens in:
Safari (Windows)
Safari (Mac)
Chrome (Windows)
