There's no way to detect from the user agent string whether the browser is
current so <http://nightly.webkit.org/start> *always* says that a new nightly
build is available, even if you're using the latest nightly build on Mac OS X.
The nightly launcher application on the Mac loads
<http://nightly.webkit.org/start/mac/XXXXX> on launch, where XXXXX is the
revision number, so that it can detect whether a new build is actually
available.  Hopefully we can have the Windows launcher do something similar
when we get a chance to write something more sophisticated than a .bat file.
