Steps to reproduce :
1)Fetch the page "http://www.webdesignerwall.com/tutorials/advanced-css-menu/".

Observe that preview-icon.gif, download-icon.gif this two images is displaying
twice.

2) Please refer for the attachment for details.

Expected result :
Should display one image.
