A few audio related tests are failing on the buidlbot.  I'm moving them into
the Skipped file to make the new buildbot green, but this bug is to track the
issue.  The tests are:

fast/dom/constructed-objects-prototypes.html
fast/dom/constructors-cached-navigate.html
fast/dom/constructors-cached.html

It could be that these tests fail due to phonon not working on the buildbot. 
More investigation is needed...
