The original patches 4, 5 and 6 were required because we were using the default
STL implementation of the Sun compiler, which is not standards compliant.

Since Qt 4.6 is stricter in which STLs it will accept, we need to change to a
more compliant version. As such, the patches were no longer needed.

To keep the same numbering, I moved up 3 new changes to 4, 5 and 6.
