reduced testcase

I Steps:
1. Go to http://simple-machines.ru/index.php?topic=13.0

II Issue:
A forum message with attached image is incorrectly rendered. Image is shown to
the right from message. 

III Conclusion:
Issue is caused by the float:left of the <div> that precedes the horizontal
rule <hr> tag

IV Other Browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 46256
