Thank you for the review.

Honestly, I'm not familiar with Apache. But I guess that adding non-HTTP
handler to it should be non-trivial.

I believe writing a simple standalone server like the one in the patch has
better
reward/cost ratio, at least until popular web servers, e.g., Apache, support
Web Sockets. (The cost would include that for learning how to extend Apache as
such.)

I do agree that we should switch to Apache (or other popular web server)-based
testing when Apache supports Web Sockets.
