these files are being added as part of the #16401 series
breaking down into smaller patches, under an agreement
suggested by david.

the event listener classes comprise Node, Window and XMLHTTPRequest
adding and removal helpers / wrapper classes.

the interface between event handling and the outside world is a little... odd
and obtuse, to say the least, and requires some custom code at present to glue
glib / gobject into c++/webkit.
