sorry, sam - breaking it up isn't an option.
re-enabling review, to give people an opportunity
to come up with another idea.
options discussed and rejected so far:
 * doing Node.idl only [rejected several times]
 * breaking file up [method not described]
options suggested (only half-joking):
 * split into 10of 150-line patches
