NOTE: this bug requires an active Linode account to reproduce.

I recently needed to edit a text file on my Linode using the AJAX console. I
use vim, and so needed to use ctrl-c or esc to switch from insert mode to
normal mode. However, the Linode AJAX shell did not recognize either of these
key sequences, meaning I could not save the file. This works fine in Firefox
3.5.
