Calibre (http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net/) uses Webkit, I'm not sure what
version, and it wraps curly quotes (”) to the next line, which looks weird, and
not book-like. I'm guessing this is a WebKit bug.  I'm on Linux, though, so I
don't know how to test this against a WebKit browser.
