Done.  Feel free to email me directly if I miss your reviews in the queue for
some reason.  The queue is a bit large to be able to see much in atm. ;)

No, and I probably am remembering it wrong. :(  Your sense that they should be
"out of scope" makes sense.

I think there are typeof and isinstance operators.  I'm pretty sure I detect a
dict at one point in the code.
