update-webkit should call git svn rebase and resolve-ChangeLogs -f

I just learned this from mitz:
"if you use WebKitTools/Scripts/update-webkit instead of just “svn up”, it will
do it for you."

So cool!  And such a great idea.  git should have the same magic. :)
