rename getDOMStructure calls w/o JSGlobalObject* to deprecatedGetDOMStructure

All of these calls are wrong.  But we're not going to fix them all at once. 
First we're going to make it clear in the source they're wrong and we (or
someone who understands each use case) can go back and fix them one by one.
