Steps to reproduce:

1.  Go to bug url

Expected results:

Page renders fine

Actual results:

Nothing is rendered

Regression:

Yes - this page use to render (albeit incorrectly - see bug 17767), so the
behavior has deteriorated.

It renders correctly with Firefox.

Tested with Safari 4.01 and r45543
