Testcase

Spec link in the url field.

BUILD: Safari 4 or the 2009-07-12 Webkit nightly, both on mac.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Load attached testcase

EXPECTED RESULTS: Six lines of text, with the numbers 1 through 6 on them, one
per line

ACTUAL RESULTS: Four lines of text; the first one has "1 2" on it, while the
third has "45".

It looks like rule 3 of section 9.2.3 is just not implemented.
