After a pop-up window appears, any pop-up window, webkit will always reopen
with the window slightly to the right and below of the previous position. I
currently have my webkit window set to the middle of the screen not touching
any screen edges, but everytime a pop-up occurs (i.e Blogger's comments) when I
close webkit and open it the next time, it translates to the right and down.
