Attached is a sample (HTML+CSS) that fails with the 40220 build, while it is
working just fine on previous nightly builds and works just fine on all major
browsers (IE included).

What is strange is that if I inspect any element on the table dans
deactivate/reactivate a CSS property, whatever property I choose, any works, it
then display just fine... Until I reload the page.
